We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Support Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, as well as driving the people we support as part of their care and routine.

Shift Pattern:

  • 12-hour day shifts - 8am - 8pm
  • 36 hours weekly
  • Every other weekend included

Requirements:

  • A full UK manual driver’s license
  • Held your UK license for at least 2 years
  • 25 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
  • Confident and comfortable driving a company vehicle
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting independence
  • Friendly, patient, and flexible with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and day-to-day activities
  • Safely transporting service users to appointments, social activities, and outings
  • Building positive relationships with those you support
  • Maintaining accurate care records
