We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Support Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities.
Shift Pattern:
- 12-hour day shifts - 8am - 8pm
- 37.5 hours weekly
- Every other weekend included
Requirements:
- Passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting independence
- Friendly, patient, and flexible with strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and day-to-day activities
- Safely transporting service users to appointments, social activities, and outings
- Building positive relationships with those you support
- Maintaining accurate care records
