We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Waking Nights Support Worker to join our growing team at Liaise. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly opened home designed to support four individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. We have already welcomed two individuals who have settled in successfully, and we're now looking for the right person to help us continue building a warm, supportive, and person-centred home as we prepare to welcome the remaining residents.

What you'll be doing
As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the people we support feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing reassurance and person-centred support during overnight hours.
- Promoting a calm, safe and comfortable environment.
- Supporting with personal care and any overnight routines where required.
- Completing accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks.
- Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to provide outstanding support.
- Being ready to respond calmly and confidently should support be needed during the night.
