Night Care Assistant - Ferring

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Lanbury Place (BN12 6QE). Langbury Placeis Supported living home with 6 beds. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities.

Shift Pattern:

• Awake Night shifts – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• -42 hours weekly
• -8pm-8am

Requirements:

• Drivers preferred due to the location or please check you can get there okay before applying
• Passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting independence
• Friendly, patient, and flexible with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and day-to-day activities
• Safely transporting service users to appointments, social activities, and outings
• Building positive relationships with those you support
• Maintaining accurate care records
