Liaise is seeking a passionate Deputy Manager to lead compassionate, person-centred care at our Casarita service. You will work with the Registered Manager to develop teams, supervise staff, and drive quality improvements for seven residents with learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs.

We value leadership, safeguarding knowledge and strong communication to deliver excellent documentation, care plans and risk assessments while maintaining an empowering, supportive environment.
