Base pay range

• Sponsorship/Switch is NOT AVAILABLE
• Candidate must have a full UK Drivers License

Must be comfortable to drive: 5 seater – Automatic

Full-time role:

• 42 hours weekly
• 8am-8pm
• Every other weekend included

Location: Chantry – BN13 1QN

Responsibilities:

• Assist those we support with daily tasks using provided training
• Support in daily life activities such as social visits, family visits, and outings to local attractions
• Maintain up-to-date paperwork for each resident
• Collaborate positively with colleagues, families, and external organizations

Qualifications:

• No formal experience required; basic understanding of care is beneficial
• Strong communication skills
• Prise in working with vulnerable people and safeguarding
• Effective decision-making and judgment
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Adherence to Health & Safety standards
