Pay Range

• Sponsorship/Switch is NOT AVAILABLE
• Candidate must have a full UK Manual Drivers License
• Must have had license for more than 2 years and be over 25 years old
• Comfortable driving a 5-seater & 7-seater

Working Hours

• Day shifts – 42 hours weekly
• 8am-8pm
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Responsibilities

• Assist those we support with daily tasks using provided training
• Provide support in daily life activities, social visits, family visits, and outings
• Maintain accurate paperwork for each resident
• Collaborate positively with colleagues, families, and external organizations

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of care is beneficial but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Prise in working with vulnerable people and safeguarding
• Effective decision-making and judgment
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Adherence to Health & Safety standards
