Join the Day Support team at Romsey, who will help you to easily discover your dream job and support you to progress through the company. As a support worker, you will be supporting adults with autism and challenging behaviour, with everything from daily living and personal care to horse riding, cinema trips, and even popping to the local pub! You will support adults to make choices and decisions, live each day to the fullest and develop life skills along the way.
We will give you an extensive induction, and full training to ensure you can deal with your role confidently. We use modern positive behaviour support approaches based within PROACT-SCIPr-UK. This is embedded in absolutely everything that we do! We consistently receive ‘Good’ ratings from the CQC.
