Join the team as a key worker at Basingstoke who will help you discover your way to progressing or starting a career in Health and Social Care. We support adults with autism and challenging behaviour, with everything from daily living and personal care to horse riding, cinema trips, and even popping to the local pub! You will support adults to make choices and decisions, live each day to the fullest and develop life skills along the way. Of course, there will be some challenges, however, we’ll give you extensive induction, and full training to ensure you can deal with these confidently. We use modern positive behaviour support approaches based within PROACT-SCIPr-UK. This is embedded in absolutely everything that we do! We consistently receive ‘Good’ ratings from the CQC.

NB/ Successful applicants will undergo a pre-employment screening process inclusive of an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory referencing prior to commencing employment. (Paid for by us.) We also require a full employment history since leaving full time education.
We very much welcome previous experience of Home Carer, Care Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Nurse, Social Care Worker, Care Assistant, Mental Health Care Worker, Voluntary Worker.
Hours of work– bi-weekly rota with every other weekend off. 5 and 3 day working weeks.
Rate of pay– from £9.10 to £9.66 per hour / from £18,454.80 to £19,590.48 per year.
