As we prepare to open a brand new home supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team at the very start of a new service. We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals with relevant experience to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker. You will bring a strong understanding of person‑centred care and a genuine passion for supporting others, and in return, we will provide ongoing training and support to help you develop in your role.
What You Will Be Doing
- Using the training provided, assist those we support by helping with daily tasks.
- Be there to support in day‑to‑day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions.
- Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home.
- Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

- An understanding of care is beneficial.

- Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously.
