Progress Housing is seeking a Maintenance Officer to perform planned and reactive maintenance across services, grounds and vehicles within a care home environment. You will inspect services, coordinate with managers, source equipment, and ensure safety and compliance.
You should have experience with electrical/plumbing systems, be comfortable with painting/decorating and basic carpentry, and possess COSHH knowledge. DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
