Your Mission: As a Designer, you will craft innovative collections for high-street fashion brands, focusing on casual outerwear for women\’s fashion, combining creativity, technical skill, and organisation. Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create designs aligned with current trends and customer preferences. Collaborative Creativity: Collaborate with the design team on seasonal colors, fabrics, and micro-trends. Visual Communication: Produce sketches, technical drawings, and digital illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with account managers and offshore teams to finalize collections and present to clients. Quality Assurance: Conduct material tests and oversee sample quality. Tech Packs & Documentation: Generate detailed tech packs for offshore teams. What You Bring: Experience designing for high-street fashion brands, with knowledge of current trends and consumer demands. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with 3D design software is a plus. Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to fashion design. Excellent communication skills for effective liaising. Ideal Candidate Attributes: Creative mindset passionate about casual outerwear and fashion. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem solver, always seeking improvements.
