A long-established consultancy firm operating in the nuclear and high-hazard sectors is looking to expand its specialist Risk and Safety team. They are seeking a Nuclear Safety Assessor to support the delivery of high-quality safety cases and advisory services across the full lifecycle of nuclear projects. As a Nuclear Safety Assessor, you'll work under the guidance of senior consultants, engaging directly with project teams, plant operators, and safety specialists to develop coherent, defensible safety case documentation.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare fit-for-purpose nuclear safety documentation.
  • Support hazard identification and risk assessment activities.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams including Human Factors, Fire Safety, Radiological Shielding, and Environmental specialists.
  • Represent the consultancy professionally with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.

Your Background:

  • Experience in nuclear safety or a related high-hazard industry.
