We are working with a chemical company in the development and manufacturing of innovative chemistry solutions, who are seeking a detail-oriented and organised QA Administrator to support their Quality Assurance team.

This role is central to maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), supporting audits, change management, and continuous improvement activities, while ensuring compliance with company, regulatory, and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and control QMS documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions with colleagues.
  • Work on investigations and collaborate with colleagues to find solutions.
  • Support change management processes by tracking change controls and facilitating communication across teams.
  • Assist with continuous improvement activities, including incident logs, corrective actions, and investigation support.
  • Carry out audits as required and collate and report company KPI data.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external auditors to support compliance and quality objectives.

Your Background

  • Experience in QA administration, document control, and audit support. This could be from markets outside of chemistry.
  • Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, with experience working across departments.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment is desirable, along with familiarity with continuous improvement methods.
