Key Responsibilities:
- Business Acquisition:Identify and target new business opportunities within the chemicals sector, building a pipeline of current and prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management:Our client has a market share that requires constant attention. You will develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, putting appropriate time and focus in as business need/logic dictates.
- Market Research & Strategy:Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, using insights to shape business development strategies. Maintaining a strong sector knowledge in chemicals via trade news and networking.
- Sales & Negotiation:Driving the sales process from lead generation to closing, including preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and contracts.
