Schedule/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00

Student Type: Penultimate or Final Year students

  • Explore how AI can improve HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR data analysis.

  • Analyse current workflows and identify opportunities for greater efficiency and better decision‑making.
  • Support a defined project area such as AI in recruitment, chatbot support, HR analytics, employee engagement, or AI‑enabled learning and development.
  • Compare manual versus AI‑supported approaches where appropriate.
  • Prepare recommendations for safe and practical implementation.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and any prototype work at the end of the internship.
