TJ Hughes is recruiting for Duty Manager roles at our Brandon store (IP27). Positions cover Full Time and Part Time hours between 24 and 38 per week. You will lead key sales floors, drive sales, coach staff, ensure high customer service, and manage store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
As Duty Manager you will ensure brand-compliant merchandising, safety standards, and efficient store procedures to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.
