We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, with a passion for hospitality, people and food! As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will have the ability to cope in a busy environment, work well under pressure, and deal calmly with unexpected situations.

With a willingness to learn, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation. You will have a positive, can-do attitude, always happy to go the extra mile.

With the guidance of supervisors, you will become a confident F&B Assistant with a good knowledge of food, local beers, ciders, quality wines and spirits, well versed in both classic and contemporary cocktails. You should be able to make recommendations to our guests and upsell them to our premium products, demonstrating a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offering including provenance of product, allergies and dietary requirements.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.
