We are currently lookingfor exceptional Spa Therapiststo join our new Spa treatment space at The White Hart Hotel, Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity; not only will you be part of our growing professional team, but you will also be part of starting something fresh and new in the area.
Flexible hours are available within this role, but it will involve regular weekend working
About the role
The Spa area at The White Hotel will be set up to match the high quality and elegant refurbishments recently carried out across the property, initially creating 2 spa treatment rooms with a separate retail and reception area. There will be a range of treatments on offer to our resident and non-residents guests. and so, you will be expected to have a diverse range of skills to support this. The Spa reception will also form part of the role and so engaging with guests and offering advice and support on treatments is a pre-requisite.
Key points for the role
- This role requires an independent working ethos, so you must be comfortable directing your own work schedule.
- You will need a diverse range of skills to deliver all of the services being offered and as such you must be level 2 and level 3 qualified.
- The Spa reception duties are also included and so you will be looking after our guests for their whole experience, from booking through to farewell.
- It is important that you have a sound and in-depth knowledge of treatments so that you can advise and support our guests with their choices
- Understanding of H&S needs would be advantageous to ensure that the area is maintained to the highest standards (although training will be provided)

Experience & Skills
NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualification
Experience of working within a hotel spa
Fluent in written and verbal English
Sound knowledge of massage, facials and essential beauty treatments
Experience of a new opening would be advantageous
