Carbis Club operates the leisure, spa and cafe facilities at Una St Ives in the picturesque Carbis Bay, Cornwall. Our Spa and Leisure Complex offers a range of luxurious spa treatments and boasts a 15-metre indoor infinity pool, life fitness gym, sauna, steam room and 20m open air heated pool. We are constantly on the lookout for exceptional people to join and enhance our team.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be part of our professional team, offering a range of beauty treatments to our guests and non-residents.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of high-quality spa treatments
  • Maintain a warm, professional and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean and presented to the highest standard at all times
  • Provide expert advice on products and aftercare
  • Efficiently manage the spa diary, ensuring all treatments, packages and guest enquiries are managed professionally
  • Work collaboratively with the spa and reception team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications/Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a spa or beauty environment
  • Excellent knowledge of spa treatments, skincare and product recommendations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
