Knoll House, a busy hotel in beautiful Studland, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Guest Services / Front of House team. Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent customer service? Our reception team is the first point of contact for our guests, so you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and memorable experience—from the initial welcome to wishing guests a safe journey home.
The Role
- Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay
- Handling bookings, enquiries, and payments
- Managing arrivals and departures
- Using the Opera booking system (training provided)
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both new and returning guests
Previous guest-facing or customer service experience is preferred, along with confidence using computers and learning new systems.
Hours & Shifts
- Full-time, permanent position
- Up to 40 hours per week over 5 days
- Early shifts: 7am – 3pm
- Late shifts: 3pm – 11pm
- Includes weekends and Bank Holidays
