The Role
The White Hart Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at Antlers Restaurant, our 2 AA Rosette restaurant.
Working alongside the Restaurant Manager and wider Food & Beverage team, you will help lead the restaurant operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service, presentation and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the restaurant team throughout service.
- Lead by example and deliver warm, professional and attentive guest service.
- Ensure Antlers maintains its high standards of food, beverage and service in line with its 2 AA Rosette recognition.
- Coordinate the team during breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Liaise closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues professionally.
- Assist with training, coaching and developing team members.
- Ensure restaurant presentation, cleanliness and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Assist with upselling food, drinks and promotions to maximise revenue.
