Kitchen Porter to join our dedicated kitchen team.
As an essential part of our kitchen operation, you'll help ensure the kitchen remains clean, safe and organised, allowing our chefs to deliver exceptional food and service.

The Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our kitchen by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and store kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and utensils.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards across all kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Support the team in maintaining our
5-star Food Hygiene Rating .
- Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
- Assist with deliveries and ensure stock is stored safely and correctly.
- Keep cleaning equipment and supplies organised and replenished.
- Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH and Food Hygiene procedures.
- Support the chefs and wider kitchen team with general duties as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is dependable, enthusiastic and enjoys working as part of a team.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter (preferred but not essential as full training can be provided).
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- A willingness to learn and support the wider kitchen team.
