We are seeking a talented Cocktail Bartender to help uphold our high standards and deliver a memorable guest experience.
The Role
- Crafting classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard
- Delivering warm, attentive, and professional customer service
- Creating an inviting and memorable experience for every guest
- Working seamlessly with the wider bar and hotel team
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area
- Upholding the prestige of an AA 4-star establishment
What We’re Looking For
- Be fluent in the preparation of classic cocktails
- Have strong customer service skills and a naturally pleasant, welcoming persona
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Be a reliable team player who supports colleagues
- Be confident, courteous, and able to communicate effectively in a friendly manner
- Be available to work Friday and Saturday shifts (early or late patterns) and potentially some mid-week shifts
- Can work effectively under pressure
