About the Role

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel—creating a lasting first impression and ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Handle guest enquiries in person and over the phone
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
  • Resolve guest queries and concerns promptly with a positive approach
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
