Family friendly & dog friendly hotel in beautiful Studland is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor. Passionate about hospitality? Excited about great customer service? We have now an opportunity to join our dynamic team as Food & Beverage Supervisor and assist our Food & Beverage Manager in the day to day running of the department.
Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer service by coaching staff on how to exceed guest expectations.
- Take steps to identify and support training needs.
- Ensuring the staff complete their daily activities.
- Carry out opening and closure procedures.
- Greet and engage guests, advising on current menus products.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints, understanding when to escalate to the F&B Manager.
- Ensure high standards of venue hygiene/cleanliness are maintained and compliance records are kept up to date.
- Contribute ideas on improving profitability.
