We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly team! You will be working front of house in a beautifully renovated 30 bedroom hotel with stunning sea views. The Hotel Victoria is situated in Robin Hood’s Bay, a picture postcard village with easy access to Whitby, Scarborough and the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, it is an area of outstanding beauty with everything you would expect from living on the coast and making the most of the great outdoors.

The hotel offers excellent dining facilities with a newly refurbished sea view restaurant, stunning cocktail bar & lounge, outdoor terrace & garden, as well as a large friendly traditional Yorkshire Pub. We also host weddings and various events throughout the year.

Experience in 'waiting on' or 'bar work' would be preferred, however if you have excellent customer care skills, sociability and a positive approach then we would be more than willing to invest time and training to the right candidate. All relevant in-house training would be provided and you would be working alongside our already experienced team.

This could be anything from waiting on, bar work, preparing hot drinks & cocktails or taking food orders. We offer seasonal menus, frequently changing specials and a fantastic selection of both alcoholic and soft drinks.

We pride ourselves in offering warm, professional and personal customer service. You will be instrumental in delivering excellence in all areas of the hotel, but especially in terms of food & beverage.
