The Role

As a Microsoft Dynamics consultant, you will:

  • Take ownership of an established Dynamics market
  • Develop and grow enterprise client relationships
  • Deliver high-value contract recruitment solutions
  • Work alongside commercial support for inbound opportunities
  • Build and scale the desk with future leadership potential
  • Progress into a Team Lead role once established

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics / ERP recruitment
  • Proven success in 360 IT recruitment (contract)
  • Experience building accounts with multiple live contractors
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills
  • Ambition to step into leadership and ownership
