  • Plan maintenance, inspections and contractor work schedules.
  • Monitor generation and respond to site faults, helping minimise downtime.

  • Carry out site inspections and oversee contractor activity.
  • Maintain accurate site logs, maintenance records and operational reports.
  • Support minor maintenance and general site-upkeep activities where required.
  • Monitor operational expenditure against planned budgets.

  • What we are looking for

You may currently be a Wind Turbine Technician, Service Technician, O&M Technician, Site Supervisor or Wind Operations Coordinator looking to take the next step.

We would like to hear from you if you have

  • Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance works or site activity.
  • The confidence to work independently in remote, outdoor environments.
  • Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away when needed.

SCADA experience, GWO Working at Height, first aid, HV safety knowledge or familiarity with Wind Turbine Safety Rules would be beneficial, but are not essential.

  • What is on offer
  • Salary of £25,000–£35,000, depending on experience.
  • 25 days annual leave plus 12 statutory holidays/office closure days.
