LHH is partnering with a respected organisation to recruit a Workforce Data Officer for a high-profile transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data professional with strong HR/workforce analytics expertise to play a key role in delivering critical workforce due diligence and data insight activities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for extracting, analysing, validating, and presenting complex workforce data to support strategic decision-making and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, analyse, and interpret workforce and HR data from multiple systems.
- Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, insights, and data sets for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of sensitive workforce information.
- Conduct data quality audits and identify potential risks or issues.
- Support workforce due diligence activities as part of a major transformation project.
- Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, and wider business functions.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reporting.
About You
- Previous experience in a Workforce Data Analyst, HR Data Analyst, People Analytics, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret complex data.
- Experience working with HR, payroll, or workforce management systems.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities, with experience producing management information and business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and governance.
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or large-scale projects would be advantageous.
