We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering and manufacturing roles. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working flexibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver top engineering and manufacturing talent
  • Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
  • Provide recruitment insight and guidance to stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in engineering/manufacturing
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
