We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering and manufacturing roles. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working flexibility.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver top engineering and manufacturing talent
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- Provide recruitment insight and guidance to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in engineering/manufacturing
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
