We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join our client on a 6-month contract basis. This is a high-impact role, playing a central part in understanding workplace culture challenges, conducting investigations and helping shape meaningful, lasting change in a complex operational environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a focused workplace culture review, identifying causes behind behavioural, engagement, and organisational challenges
  • Conduct fair and evidence-based investigations, gathering insights through interviews, data analysis, and onsite observations
  • Analyse findings and produce a clear, actionable report with practical recommendations
  • Provide expert guidance to the leadership team, supporting the implementation of recommendations and embedding sustainable cultural change

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in workplace culture, organisational development, or employee relations
  • Strong track record of conducting complex investigations and delivering insightful, evidence-based outcomes
  • Ability to analyse data and translate this into clear recommendations
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced and operational environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
  • Availability to start at short notice
