We are partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an experienced Organisational Development Business Partner. This is a high-profile role focused on driving organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability and cultural development across a complex and evolving business. Working closely with senior leaders and the wider People team, you will play a key role in helping the organisation prepare for future growth, improve organisational performance and ensure the workforce is equipped to meet changing business demands. This role requires a commercially minded individual who can operate at both a strategic and operational level, combining thought leadership with a hands-on approach to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to improve organisational effectiveness and business performance.
  • Lead workforce planning activities, identifying future capability requirements, skills gaps and succession risks.
  • Support organisational design initiatives, operating model reviews and organisational change programmes.
  • Drive leadership capability and team effectiveness interventions to improve organisational performance.
  • Use people data, insight and analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities and inform decision making.
  • Support the development and delivery of organisational development and culture initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and business leaders to ensure alignment between people strategy and business objectives.
  • Facilitate discussions around future workforce requirements, talent management and organisational capability.
  • Coach and challenge leaders to drive effective people and organisational decisions.
  • Support the delivery of transformation and change programmes where required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Significant experience within Organisational Development, Organisational Effectiveness, Strategic HR Business Partnering or a related discipline.
  • Experience of workforce planning, organisational design and organisational capability initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of leadership development, succession planning and culture change.
  • A track record of influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful actions.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • A commercially focused mindset with the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery.
  • Experience operating within complex, matrix or multi-site organisations.
