LHH is delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation in the search for a Senior International Rewards Consultant to join their established Total Rewards team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced compensation and benefits professional to take on a highly visible, strategic role supporting international markets, with a particular focus on Europe and regions outside the US and Canada.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent teams and senior stakeholders to shape, deliver and enhance global reward programmes that support business strategy, talent priorities and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- As a trusted subject matter expert, you will provide strategic and operational support across a wide range of international compensation and benefits initiatives, including:
- Advising HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits philosophy, frameworks and processes
- Providing expert insight into market trends and competitive reward practices across international markets
- Supporting annual compensation cycles, including performance and reward reviews
- Leading job evaluation activity and advising on salary benchmarking and survey matching
- Supporting complex offer design in partnership with Talent Acquisition
- Driving the implementation of reward programme changes across international regions
- Supporting compliance and regulatory projects, including EU Pay Directive initiatives
- Managing global benefits governance, oversight and country-level reviews
- Leading programme analysis, design reviews and benefit costing outside the US and Canada
- Partnering with global centres of excellence to deliver reporting, analytics and key business insights
- Managing end-to-end Total Rewards projects, ensuring successful delivery against timelines and priorities
We are looking for a commercially minded rewards professional with strong international experience and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders across a global organisation. You will bring:
- Degree-level education
- 5–7 years’ experience within compensation, benefits or total rewards
- Strong expertise in international reward, particularly across European markets
- In-depth knowledge of salary structures, job evaluation and reward benchmarking
- Understanding of compensation design principles including base pay and incentive plans
- Advanced Excel and strong quantitative analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and process improvement capability
- Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities
- Experience with Workday is highly desirable
