We're partnering with a major UK organisation to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel who will play a key role in shaping high-value commercial relationships across a large, complex business. This is a heavily commercial contracts position, leading negotiations across technology, SaaS, IT, digital transformation, outsourcing, procurement and other complex commercial agreements.

You'll work directly with senior leadership, providing pragmatic legal advice that supports business growth while managing commercial risk. Beyond the contracts, you'll become a true business partner—advising on governance, strategic projects, AI initiatives and business transformation, with exposure to a broad range of legal matters rarely found in a single role.
