Who we are

We believe everyone can be better with a coach... and we won’t stop until we get there.

Coaching changes people’s lives.

It helps them be happier and more productive in their work.

It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be.

That’s why we’ve made it easy for more people - not just those at the top - to benefit from the world’s best coaches.

This is true of our EZRA team.

We believe a happy team is a productive one.

We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.

The Role

At EZRA, we’re on a mission to make professional coaching accessible at scale - and our coaches sit at the heart of everything we do.

As SVP, Coaching Services, you’ll be accountable for the global strategy, performance and leadership of our Coaching Services function, bringing coach network management, coach operations and professional development together under one global leader.

Leading a large, geographically distributed coach community and the teams that recruit, onboard, engage and develop it, you’ll ensure EZRA has the right coaches, in the right markets, with the right capabilities to deliver outstanding customer programmes at scale.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Set the global direction and priorities for Coaching Services, translating EZRA’s business goals into clear plans, targets and decisions.
  • Lead and develop the Coaching Services leadership team, creating clear accountability, strong collaboration and consistent standards across regions.
  • Design the size, shape, location and capabilities of the global coach network to meet current demand and future growth, including assessing and recommending competitive global coach rates.
  • Build a strong, connected coach community through clear communication, meaningful engagement, professional support and opportunities to contribute to EZRA’s growth.
  • Set and maintain coaching quality standards, performance frameworks and governance, overseeing coach assessment, development, mentoring and supervision.
  • Partner with Product, Sales and Delivery leaders, and represent Coaching Services with strategic customers - supporting major sales opportunities, RFPs, complex programmes and critical escalations.

About you

  • 10-15 years’ experience, including significant senior leadership in coaching, learning, talent, professional services or technology-enabled services.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams or communities and building strong leadership teams.
  • A strong track record in global operations, workforce planning and scalable service delivery.
  • Experience establishing quality standards and building engagement across a distributed freelancer network.
  • Strong commercial judgement and credibility with senior customers and complex sales opportunities.
  • The ability to lead effectively in a fast-moving, evolving organisation, with flexibility to travel approximately 25% of the time (around one trip a month).
  • A coaching qualification or ICF credential is advantageous but not essential - a strong understanding of coaching quality and impact is a must.
  • Life at EZRA
  • Your Own World-class coach to help you grow personally and professionally.
  • Coaching for Friends and family because coaching is a gift worth passing on.
  • Charity Days to support the causes close to your heart - because doing good feels good.
  • Learning Budget to fuel your curiosity. If it helps you grow, we’re in.
  • Weekly Wellbeing Hour just for you. No meetings. No emails. Just space to breathe, reflect, or reset.
  • Regional benefits flex to fit your location and lifestyle.
  • A welcoming place to do your best work. Comfortable, collaborative and inclusive.
