Sustainability Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage sustainability initiatives to meet ambitious targets and commitments.

• Drive organisational engagement by embedding sustainability practices throughout the business.

• Clearly communicate the sustainability vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with global teams and clients to reduce emissions and environmental impact.

• Prepare and present reports, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

• Support sustainability committees and internal champions to drive change.

• Offer your expertise on sustainability matters at industry forums and external events.

• 2-3 years of experience in sustainability and environmental management.

• Proven success in project management and driving sustainability initiatives.

• Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in tight timeframes.

• Deep awareness of climate change and sustainability issues and their relevance to global business.

• Experience working with diverse, multi-location teams and stakeholders of varying seniority.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong business relationships.

• Expertise in data analysis and management, with experience in external sustainability reporting.

• A hands-on, proactive approach to workload management.
