Are you an experienced HR Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment? Do you combine exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver at pace and provide high‑quality operational HR support? LHH is proud to be supporting our client to appoint this critical role leading HR Operations and ensuring the effective delivery of people processes across the employee lifecycle.
We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who excels in HR operations, ER casework, data and process improvement who can partner confidently with leaders through periods of change, transformation and integration.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the delivery of core HR operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and excellent service.
- Drive high standards in HR administration, data integrity and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
- Develop, review and embed HR policies, toolkits and processes.
- Manage the full breadth of ER casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, and absence.
- Provide expert employment law guidance and coach managers to build capability and consistency.
- Lead reward projects such as benchmarking and alignment to frameworks.
- Oversee HRIS, reporting, integrations and ongoing optimisation.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes across the organisation.
