I’m working exclusively with a global, private equity-backed technology business in the construction sector that is going through a period of transformation and growth. They are seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract to provide continuity following the departure of a long-standing senior team member.
The Role
- Commercial contracts (customer and supplier)
- GDPR, privacy and compliance matters
- Day-to-day legal advisory work across the business
- Stakeholder engagement across UK teams
- Liaison with US-based external counsel where required
