This role is central to improving software lifecycle management, reducing costs, eliminating redundancy, and ensuring standardisation of applications for deployment across modern desktop environments.

As a Software Application Packager, you will be responsible for creating, testing, and deploying software packages for use across different environments, ensuring that all applications are properly configured, optimized, and ready for distribution. Provide guidance to IT teams on software packaging best practices. Respond to internal support queries and troubleshoot application packaging issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation for all software packaging processes, configurations, and deployment methods. Track and report on the status of packaging efforts, deployment progress, and related issues to relevant stakeholders.
