An established legal practice is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its Residential Property team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior level solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters whilst contributing to the continued success and growth of a highly regarded team.

The successful individual will provide high quality legal advice across a broad range of residential property transactions, including both routine and complex matters. The role requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a client focused approach, together with the ability to develop business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Advise clients on freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions.
  • Handle remortgage and refinancing matters.
  • Assist with lease extensions, enfranchisement matters, and title-related issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and other stakeholders throughout transactions.
  • Ensure matters are progressed efficiently and in line with service standards.
  • Prepare and manage billing in accordance with agreed procedures.
Business Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional contacts.
  • Demonstrate the ability to generate new work through personal networks, referrals, and business development initiatives.
