Operating within a fast-paced and evolving environment, the organisation is undergoing significant transformation as it moves towards a more integrated group operating model, creating an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded HR professional to lead a small team and influence organisational direction and culture at scale.
This role will lead the People Business Partnering function, ensuring the delivery of high-impact, strategically aligned support across the business. Working closely with senior leadership teams, the successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor on organisational design, leadership capability, workforce planning, employee engagement and transformation activity. The position will also hold ownership for Employee Relations across the organisation, providing oversight and governance for complex and high-risk cases while driving consistency, capability and best practice across the wider People function.
The successful individual will bring significant experience from senior HR or People leadership roles within complex and commercially driven environments. They will possess a strong background in Employee Relations alongside the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence. Experience operating across both structured corporate environments and more entrepreneurial businesses will be highly advantageous, as will exposure to transformation, organisational change and leadership development initiatives.
This opportunity would suit a commercially astute and forward-thinking People leader who combines strategic capability with a pragmatic and hands-on approach. The role offers genuine long-term progression potential and will suit an individual with the ambition and capability to step into a broader executive People leadership position in the future.
