About the role: The Senior Operational Solutions Lead is a key leadership role within Operational Excellence, focused on scaling the business through continuous improvement, AI-enabled solutions, and end-to-end supply chain style thinking. You’ll define what great looks like across operations, translate strategy into scalable models, and deliver measurable impact in efficiency, cost, margin, and growth. You’ll lead a team to create a culture of ownership, accountability, and measurable impact, and partner with senior stakeholders across EZRA and the Adecco Group.
What you’ll do:
- Strategy & scale: Redefine the team vision, operating model, and success metrics aligned to growth and impact. Drive a “scale smartly” agenda focused on efficiency, cost, margin and operational leverage. Shift the team from point-solution delivery to systemic, repeatable process improvement across the value chain.
- Process improvement: Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows and improve end-to-end operations across Sales, supply and delivery, operations, and support functions. Lead discovery workshops to identify root causes, redesign processes and embed lasting change.
- AI & automation: Champion AI, automation, and digital agents to increase capacity and improve decisions. Partner with Tech and Product to scale AI-enabled solutions. Ensure effective, well-governed human + agent workflows designed with clarity of ownership, controls, and performance measurement.
- Product & change enablement: Operationalise new products and features from launch to adoption and optimisation. Act as a senior SME, creating playbooks and driving consistent ways of working, ensuring that changes are embedded, adopted and continuously improved.
- Leadership & partnerships: Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear priorities and OKRs. Partner with senior stakeholders to align operations with commercial outcomes. Represent Operational Excellence internally and within Adecco Group.
- Governance & impact: Track performance, risks, and benefits across initiatives. Ensure sustained financial and customer impact.
About you:
- 7+ years in operational leadership, transformation, or complex programme delivery.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional change with measurable impact.
- Strong people leader, comfortable with ambiguity and pace.
- Experience using AI, automation, or technology to improve operations.
- Commercially minded, linking improvements to efficiency, margin, and growth.
