Senior Legal Operations Engineer

We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Legal Operations Engineer to join my clients dynamic Legal & Business Affairs (L&BA) function. What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Legal Operations Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our busy legal operations agenda. Your expertise will support a range of projects, including:

• Enhancing our contract lifecycle management systems.
• Improving matter and document management systems.
• Implementing AI tools for legal research and queries.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the organisation to deliver process improvements, tech implementations, and user adoption initiatives that truly make a difference. Your contributions will help shape how legal services are delivered in a globally-focused environment that values innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in legal operations, whether in-house, at a law firm, or vendor-side.
• Strong project delivery and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving and change management.
• Familiarity with legal tech tools such as Ironclad, Lawcadia, or iManage is a bonus.
