I'm partnering with a highly successful and growing organisation to recruit a Senior Learning & Development Consultant into a newly created role focused on enterprise sales capability and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced L&D professional who has built their career around Sales Enablement, partnering with senior sales leaders to design and deliver learning strategies that drive commercial performance across complex, enterprise-level sales environments.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll lead the design, delivery and evaluation of strategic sales development initiatives, helping enterprise sales teams strengthen capability, improve performance and win larger, more complex opportunities. Key areas of focus will include:

  • Partnering with senior sales leadership to identify capability gaps and business priorities
  • Designing and delivering impactful sales enablement programmes
  • Coaching and facilitating both virtually and face-to-face
  • Measuring learning effectiveness and demonstrating ROI
  • Managing external learning partners and vendors
  • Supporting wider strategic business and transformation projects

About You

We're particularly interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Significant experience within a senior L&D or Sales Enablement role
  • Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales teams
  • A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning learning strategies to business objectives
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience designing modern learning solutions that drive behavioural and commercial outcomes
  • The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
