About the Role:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions, and renewals (for landlords and tenants).
- Handling development work, site setup, due diligence, and financing/refinancing projects.
- Conducting thorough due diligence, property searches, and title investigations.
- Advising landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on legal rights and obligations.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and property law.
- Drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts and business advisory work.
- Supporting strategic growth through client development, referrals, and cross-department collaboration.
