We’re looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to lead a variety of refurbishment and development projects at one of Glasgow’s most iconic commercial buildings.

This site-based role, located in Glasgow or within commutable distance which offers the chance to manage everything from minor maintenance to major redevelopment works, playing a key part in shaping the future of this landmark property where you’ll provide strategic advice to internal teams on planning, compliance, and asset management, using your technical expertise and leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role requires strong stakeholder collaboration and a proactive, hands-on approach.

To be successful, you’ll need proven experience in commercial property and hold a MRICS or equivalent in building/project management.
