LHH is working with a highly regarded national law firm to appoint a Senior Associate into its established Property Litigation team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property litigator who is looking to join a successful and well supported practice with a strong national profile, high quality work and genuine scope to develop their career further.
The team advises on a broad range of real estate disputes work and is known for delivering commercially focused advice to a diverse client base across both private and public sectors. This role would suit a lawyer who enjoys managing their own matters, building strong client relationships and playing a visible role within a collaborative team environment.
The opportunity
- Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters with a good degree of autonomy.
- Advise clients across a range of sectors, including public sector bodies, local authorities and other institutional clients.
- Support and supervise more junior lawyers within the team.
- Work closely with partners on key client relationships and wider business development activity.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the practice both locally and as part of a broader national team.
About you
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with:
- 4-6+ years’ PQE in property litigation or real estate disputes.
- The ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical, analytical and organisational skills.
- A commercial and client focused approach.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
- An interest in helping develop client relationships and supporting team growth.
Experience acting for public sector clients would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
