The role is to work closely with a new Partner at a leading international firm in London. This role will act as a "2nd in command" and therefore tangible and realistic career progression is available as the new Partner seeks to build out the group further in the future.
The team will benefit from their existing corporate tax workload and client base, supplemented by the Partner's client base, and the genuinely collegiate and collaborative teams that the corporate tax group works closely with.
The group advises on several matters, including but not limited to:
- Transactions including cross-border takeovers
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Management buyouts
- Joint ventures
- Real estate holding structures
- Private equity and venture capital
The firm is seeking an ambitious senior associate keen to develop their own career and assist in growing the group. This role will allow the new hire ample responsibility and the opportunity to leverage existing relationships that the firm and the Partner have to business develop.
