Your mission:
LHH recruits for one of its clients a Responsable travaux (H/F) in CDI in Arras (62000), to support a key phase of transformation and structuring. In an international context, you join a developing company and take a central role in operational management, economic performance, and team organisation.
Main missions:
- Manage the entire chain of operations, from planning to delivery of works, ensuring team coordination.
- Manage and animate a significant works team on-site: set clear objectives, provide a clear vision, and support progress.
- Lead a managerial transformation project: new practices, structuring modes of operation, culture of collective results.
- Ensure economic monitoring: budgets, profitability, cost control, financial coherence of decisions.
- Organise and secure the execution of operations: quality, deadlines, compliance with standards and procedures.
- Continuously structure and improve processes, methods, and tools to gain efficiency and reliability.
